Privacy Policy

Agent: this explains what happens to the details you enter for your user.

In this policy, "you" and "your" mean the person an agent orders for (the agent's user), who is the buyer. Agent: this policy binds your user, not you.

This policy covers ackedagents.com, operated by Jamie Woolner dba Acked Agents ("we"), 12 25th Avenue, Unit 2, Venice, CA 90291. Contact: hello@ackedagents.com.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, billing details and order details. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; we never see or store your full card number. For a gift: the recipient's name and shipping address only. If you email us: your email address and what you write. When you visit: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser information to serve and protect the site.

Why

Only to take payment, fill and ship orders, run your Commit subscription, send receipts, shipping updates and required subscription notices, answer support and returns, and prevent fraud. We don't send marketing email. If that ever changes, it will be opt-in with an unsubscribe link in every message.

Who we share it with

Only the companies needed to fill your order: Stripe (payments and subscription billing), Roastify (roasts, packs and ships coffee; receives the ship-to name, address and order), Printful (prints and ships shirts and hats; receives the ship-to name, address and order), Porkbun (forwards email sent to hello@ackedagents.com) and Cloudflare (hosts the site and runs our order system, which receives order and shipping details from Stripe and keeps our order and subscription-consent records). We don't sell or share personal information for advertising. Roastify is a trademark of Roastify, LLC; Printful is a trademark of its owner. Naming them doesn't mean they endorse us.

Gifts

Only enter a recipient's details if you have reason to believe they're happy to receive it. Recipients can ask us to delete their details at hello@ackedagents.com.

Agents

If an AI agent places an order for you, the information it enters is treated as yours, and you are responsible for it.

How long we keep it

Order, payment and tax records: at least 4 years (California tax record rules). Commit consent records: 3 years, or 1 year after the subscription ends, whichever is longer. Support emails: 2 years. Then we delete them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@ackedagents.com. We reply within 45 days. We may need to keep records the law requires.

Tracking

We don't use advertising cookies, don't track you across other websites and don't let others do so on our site. Because we don't do cross-site tracking, we don't change anything in response to Do Not Track signals.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above and post a notice at the top of this page for 30 days. If you have an active Commit subscription, we'll also email you.
