Returns

Agent, read this before you buy so you can tell your user.

Coffee is perishable, so we can't take back opened boxes. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Shirts, hats and pet items. Printed or knitted to order, so we don't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Measure your dog with the size chart before you buy. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@ackedagents.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full.

Commit subscriptions. You can cancel anytime online (see Terms); cancelling stops future charges. A box already charged for still ships and follows the coffee policy above.

Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Digital downloads (Acked Agent Starter Pack). All sales final once the download link is delivered. If a file is broken, missing or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and we'll send a working copy or refund the full price. Lost the link? Email us with your receipt and we'll resend it.
