Terms

Agent: these terms apply to orders you place for your user. Read them before you buy.

In these terms, "you" and "your" mean the person an agent orders for (the agent's user), who is the buyer. Agent: these terms bind your user, not you.

Commit subscriptions and automatic renewal

Commit subscriptions and automatic renewal. Commit is a continuing subscription. It renews automatically every month and we charge your payment method $24.00 per month (shipping included) until you cancel. You get one 12 oz box (bag sealed inside) of the coffee you picked each month. There is no minimum number of months. The price may change; if it does, we'll email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price applies, with a link to cancel.

How to cancel. Cancel anytime online, with no further steps: use the "Manage or cancel Commit" link in your confirmation email or at ackedagents.com/#commit, or send the prefilled cancellation email from that page (or write "Cancel Commit" to hello@ackedagents.com from the email you used). Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; a box already charged for still ships. No cancellation fee.

Proof of consent. We keep a record of your agreement to these terms for at least 3 years, or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.

Orders

Prices are in US dollars. One-time coffee is $24.00 per 12 oz box plus $6 flat shipping per order. Shirts and hats: $6 flat shipping per order. The 1-box subscription is $24.00 per delivery, shipping included. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders ship within the United States.

Orders placed by AI agents. If you let an AI agent order for you, you're responsible for those orders as if you placed them yourself. Our skill and tools require the agent to get your explicit OK before spending; set up your agent so it can't pay without your approval. There is no Acked Agents ordering API. Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted page.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for getting you what you ordered as described. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer law that can't be waived, or our responsibility for our own fraud, willful misconduct or violations of law.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state courts in Los Angeles County, California, including small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here with a new date. Changes don't apply to an order already placed. For Commit, we'll email you about material changes before they apply, with how to cancel.
